Who we are

The name Humble. reflects our belief that good coffee speaks for itself—no gimmicks, just thoughtfully sourced ingredients and a commitment to doing things well. Inspired by the third wave coffee movement, we serve traditional espresso drinks, vacuum-brewed drip coffee, and a curated selection of teas. Our beans come from Epoch Coffee Roasters in Moncton, NB, and our teas are sourced from Pluck Teas in York, ON.

Humble. is more than just a coffee shop—it’s a place to slow down and enjoy something made with care. With a modern yet inviting atmosphere, we’ve designed a space that feels comfortable and community-driven.
